WHAT HAS THIS WORLD BECOME?
What has this world become?
Man and God are no longer one,
Confusion is our disease,
The internet is as dangerous as stormy seas,
Our handheld screen,
Is more deadly than it seems,
Depression and self-doubt,
Provides a worldwide drought,
But I wait for the rain to quench our thirst,
I wait for the wind to calm the seas,
I wait for someone,
I long for a perfect world,
I try to play my part,
But my efforts seem futile,
Our minds are no longer fertile,
But I stay strong,
To right the wrong,
And see the bright of day.
