THE DEVIL’S TREE
When truth has been labelled as
false
The common sense of the elders
trampled upon
Science and fact no longer a beacon
of education
What is one to do when logic has
lost its influence?
When those who are educated
deceive the young?
When spiritual leaders turn to
perverse indoctrination?
The fear and confusion are real and
these were all promised
The creation has imploded
within itself
Angels appalled by actions of
a being loved so much
Twisting of words and meanings
to demean true love
Using God’s symbol of promise
as a mockery
The righteous have even fallen
to deceit and struggle
Parents leading their children
to hell so carefree
Teaching that acceptance is a
moral responsibility
No more fear of blatant sin out
in the open
No more shame but replaced
with pride
Becoming their own Gods and
rejecting faith
Enemies of Christ stand right
beside you
Enemies of Christ even sleeping
beside you
Lovers of evil shown in a positive
light
Lovers of God shown as the hate
mongers
The young being taught by the
blind
An institute pushing out robots
not thinkers
Graduating are those with no known
purpose
COVID kids with the mask now
covering their eyes
TikTok of lies and nonsense
around the clock
Vaccinated against traditional
values
Oh, what these eyes may see while
the devil shakes the tree.
