I NEED SOMEONE
“I need a love to call my own,
A shoulder to cry on, never alone,
Someone to share my tears and laughter,
To hold my hand, now and after.
I need a heart that beats with mine,
An embrace that makes my spirits shine,
A friend so dear, a love so true,
To lift me up when I’m feeling blue.
I need a love to hold me tight,
To dance and sing with through the night,
Someone to share my hopes and fears,
To dry my eyes and wipe my tears.
I need a love that’s strong and kind,
Who’ll always keep me in their mind,
A sweet connection, loving and true,
My heart, my soul, forever in you.”
