LIVING IN THE PAST DAYS LOVE
The winter will befall upon our youth,
And it will lose all its springliness then.
A sheer dullness shall have its firm growth,
And the inner green land will turn barren.
The fire in us will be blown out one day,
I won’t find a simile for those lips.
Nor any special attention shall we pay
But at times some unintentional quips.
Yet, we can enliven our past days’ love,
By cherishing the warmth of memories,
And find solace in skies of stars above,
For in our hearts, love’s embers never freeze.
So, though time fades, our passion will endure,
A timeless bond, in memories secure.
