A LOVE FULL OF FEELINGS
In an evening full of feelings so deep,
Hope’s sun doesn’t show, secrets to keep.
I try to handle my emotions inside,
A tough love, a challenging ride.
In a city where love should be near,
He, whom I love, doesn’t appear.
Thought I’m not too hard to find,
But he’s tougher, unyielding, like the grind.
A tale I’ll tell, a love so bright,
Yet he, the reader, doesn’t take a bite.
If destiny allows, love will find a way,
My efforts falter, strength in disarray..
