BELOVED
In childhood’s glow, my sister was sweet, a pure cherub
A rose in bloom, her laughter rang, in every room, her presence sang.
With hands so small, and eyes that gleamed, she was my joy, my every dream.
An angel sent, with grace she trod, upon this earth, a gift from God.
I held her close, through nights so long, in her, my love found its song.
Her innocence, a guiding light, turned the darkest days into mornings bright.
Like soft petals, her spirit touched me deep within.
As a guardian, I took my role, her happiness, my only goal.
But time flew, and paths did part, her memory etched within my heart.
My baby sister, forever dear, in every moment,
I keep you near.
